David Ho has over 28 years’ experience in the real estate industry. He joined CBRE Limited in 2001 as part of the Investment Properties Group, and currently leads the Team and is a part of the Vancouver chapter of the CBRE National Apartment Group.

David travels frequently to Asia including Japan, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Dubai, Singapore, Macau, and Vietnam to meet with clients and potential investors. He liaises with the CBRE network in Asia and is an active participant in the CBRE America China Desk which focuses on businesses between Greater China and North America.

Adam Xu joined the team from Shanghai in 2012. Prior to joining CBRE, Adam worked in the major Chinese national financial institution specializing in business evaluation and private placement. Adam’s practical working experience in China has given him an edge to connect and liaise with Mainland Chinese investors. His ability to bridge the language and cultural barriers is a tremendous asset to the team’s successful reach to new capital from China. Adam holds a Masters in Financial Risk Management from SFU.

Victoria Lam joined CBRE Limited in 2007 as marketing coordinator on the Investment Properties Group with primary responsibilities consisting of coordinating due diligence materials, under-writing property valuations, strategizing and executing marketing initiatives, and coordinating between Vendors and Buyers. As a sales associate, she focuses on land and land assembly sales across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Victoria holds an Honours, BA from the University of Toronto.

Nicole Zhang joined the International Markets team in the summer of 2021. As a Real Estate Services Specialist, Nicole works closely with David Ho to provide executive level management, while also supporting the needs of the entire team. Nicole oversees the daily operations for her team, which typically includes drafting listing agreements, coordinating with third-party consultants, preparing brochures and marketing materials, creating email campaigns, as well as liaising between vendors and buyers. With her creative skillset, Nicole also manages and designs all website and social media content, while effectively maintaining a strategic marketing vision for the team. On top of it all, she actively helps with event planning and organizing fundraising initiatives that help her team and the greater CBRE Vancouver branch make a larger impact in their industry and their local community.

Prior to joining CBRE, Nicole worked at several top global commercial real estate and investment banking companies, and has extensive experience working in business services, human resources, and talent acquisition. Nicole is highly detailed, organized, and takes exceptional care of the clients, partners, and vendors she assists. Her experience working with commercial realtors in all asset classes coupled with her ability to consistently deliver client services excellence makes her an incredible asset, especially when building both internal and external relations.

Nicole holds an Honours, BA from the University of Toronto.
